The short version

  • We pack and dispatch from Chandni Chowk within 2 business days of your order.
  • Delivery itself is by Flipkart's own delivery network — dates and tracking are in the Flipkart app.
  • Every box has the sealed watch, a GST invoice, a warranty card and spare spring bars.

1. Dispatch

We pack and dispatch every order from our shop in Chandni Chowk within 2 business days of the order being placed.

2. Delivery

Delivery itself is handled by Flipkart's own delivery network, not by us directly. The expected delivery date is shown by Flipkart at checkout, and again in your order details in the Flipkart app.

3. Tracking

Track your order the same way as any other Flipkart order: through the Flipkart app or site, under your orders.

4. What's in the box

The watch, sealed. A GST invoice. A warranty card. Spare spring bars.

5. If something arrives damaged or wrong

Raise it on Flipkart within its return window for the order, the same way as any other return — see the Returns & replacements page.

6. India only

We don't ship outside India through this site.
