The short version

  • We collect what the warranty and contact forms ask for, and admin sign-in data — nothing else.
  • We use it to register your warranty, reply to you, and understand roughly where our customers are.
  • Warranty data is kept for 12 months after the warranty ends; contact messages for 12 months; you can ask us to delete your details any time.

1. What we collect, and why

The warranty form: your Flipkart order ID, delivery pincode, name, mobile number, email, and the optional choices you make (who the watch is for, how you found us, whether you'd like to hear about new designs). We use these to match your order with Flipkart, register the warranty, and email you the confirmation.

The contact form: your name, a phone number or email (at least one), what your message is about, and the message itself — used only to reply to you.

Admin sign-in data: when our own staff sign in to manage the site, we keep a record of the session (not relevant to you as a customer).

We also use Vercel Web Analytics, which Vercel describes as privacy-friendly, to see roughly how many people visit and which pages they look at — not who any individual visitor is.

3. Who processes your data

Neon (our database, hosted in the Singapore region), Vercel (hosting this site), ZeptoMail by Zoho (sending you emails), and Flipkart (verifying your order when you register a warranty).

4. How long we keep it

Warranty data: 12 months after the warranty itself ends.

Contact messages: 12 months after you write in.

Rate-limit logs (used only to stop abuse of the forms): 2 days.

5. Your rights

You can ask to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have your personal details deleted (your warranty itself stays valid either way). Write to us through the Contact page for any of this.

6. Grievance officer

Our grievance officer under the DPDP Act, 2023: to be confirmed — write to us through the Contact page in the meantime..

7. Children

This site isn't directed at children, and the forms ask for a buyer's own details, not a child's.

8. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
