Returns & replacements
Last updated 26 September 2026
The short version
- We sell on Flipkart, so returns and replacements follow Flipkart's policy — raise them in the Flipkart app.
- The Jordan warranty (6 months, manufacturing defects in the movement) runs alongside that, and is honoured at our shop.
- Accidental damage — knocks, drops, or exposure to water — isn't covered by the warranty.
1. How returns and replacements work
Every Jordan Watches sale happens through Flipkart, so returns, replacements and refunds follow the policy shown on the Flipkart product page at the time you bought your watch — not a separate policy of ours.
To raise one, open the order in the Flipkart app or site, choose Return or Replace, and follow Flipkart's steps from there.
2. What happens after pickup
Once Flipkart's courier has picked up the watch, Flipkart's own return policy decides whether you get a refund or a replacement, and its app shows you the status at every step.
3. The Jordan warranty, alongside your Flipkart return window
Separately from Flipkart's return window, every watch carries our own 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects in the movement, counted from delivery. It's honoured at our own shop in Chandni Chowk, not a third-party service centre — see the Warranty page for how to claim it.
4. What's not covered
The warranty covers manufacturing defects in the movement. Accidental damage — such as knocks, drops or exposure to water — isn't covered.
5. Wholesale orders and orders placed directly
Wholesale orders, and any order placed directly with us rather than through Flipkart: please contact us and we'll sort it out on a case-by-case basis for now..
